Working Full Remote

I have been working remotely since Sept. 2023. It is a way of working that suits my lifestyle.
I can focus entirely on my work in the workspace I have chosen and in which I am most efficient.
I am grateful to my employer for allowing me to have a good work-life balance, which encourages me to surpass myself everyday.

Importance of trainings/certifications

Training is essential, especially in the IT world where things change faster than anywhere else.
I regularly attend training courses (Coursera, PluralSight), on topics related to my work (ex: Docker, GenAi), or that I find interesting (ex: Terraform, Kubernetes).
Certifications validate theoretical skills and enhance credibility. I passed the Aws Solution Architecte Associate certification in Apr. 2024 and plan to pass the CKA (Kubernetes) cert in 2025.
As certs./trainings have little interest without practical application, I always try to set up a personal or a work-related project if the opportunity arises.
